Ingredients
- 3oz of Barber’s 1833, grated
- 3oz Barber’s Dairy Butter
- 3oz Plain Flour Sifted
- 1 x egg
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Rub the butter into the sifted flour, add the cheese with seasoning. Press together into a paste. Roll out fairly thinly and cut into wide strips (2”) Brush with beaten egg, and cut each strip into triangles. Bake in a moderately hot oven for 10mins or until golden .
